在市场经济条件下,医院需要根据社会的发展进行创新和改革。改革过程中不仅要提升服务质量,还要对医院成本进行有效控制。医院成本控制以及医院战略管理是医院进步的关键要素,应该成为各个医院发展过程中的重点内容。基于此,本文对医院的成本管理以及医院战略管理思路进行分析和研究,以促进医院的改革和创新,适应社会主义市场经济的战略走向。
In a market economy, hospitals need to innovate and reform according to the development of society. In the process of reform, not only the service quality should be improved, but also the cost of the hospital should be effectively controlled. Hospital cost control and hospital strategic management are the key elements of hospital progress, which should become the focus of each hospital development process. Based on this, this article analyzes and studies the hospital cost management and hospital strategic management thinking in order to promote the hospital reform and innovation and adapt to the strategic direction of the socialist market economy.
