提供了一个ECD-GC方法,用于水中酚的测定。含酚水样加入固体碳酸钾后,用石油醚将碱中性有机物萃取分离。水相中加入五氟苯甲酰氯直接酰化,衍生物用石油醚萃取,进行色谱分析。酚在pH10、11和12的缓冲溶液中,反应收率一般以pH11为最高,其值与1%碳酸钾水溶液的收率相当。此外还试验了反应温度、反应时间及酰化剂用量对衍生反应的影响。此方法灵敏、简便、快速。由于酚可在水相中直接衍生,因此,很少受到其它物质的干扰。该法较之通用的五氟苄基溴衍生法优越。
An ECD-GC method is provided for the determination of phenol in water. After the phenol-containing water sample is added to the solid potassium carbonate, the alkali-neutral organic substance is extracted by petroleum ether. Pentafluorobenzoyl chloride was added to the aqueous phase to acylate directly, and the derivative was extracted with petroleum ether for chromatographic analysis. Phenol in pH 10, 11 and 12 in the buffer solution, the reaction yield is generally the highest pH11, its value and 1% aqueous potassium carbonate equivalent. In addition, the effects of reaction temperature, reaction time and amount of acylating agent on the derivatization reaction were also tested. This method is sensitive, easy and fast. Since phenol is directly derivatized in the aqueous phase, it is less susceptible to interference with other substances. This method is superior to the generic pentafluorobenzyl bromide derivatization method.
