研究铁粉含量、粒度及偶联剂对铁粉/PP复合材料导电性和电磁屏蔽性能的影响。结果表明:铁粉/PP复合材料的体积电阻率随铁粉质量含量的增加而降低,在20%时出现渗滤值,当铁粉质量含量超过30%之后,继续增大铁粉含量复合材料的体积电阻率和屏蔽效能变化不明显。铁粉含量一定时,随着铁粉目数增大,复合材料的屏蔽效能有所提高;在100 MHz~1 GHz低频区域,复合材料最大电磁屏蔽效能达到了40 dB。钛酸酯偶联剂为铁粉质量的4%时,能很好地改善铁粉/PP材料的导电性和屏蔽性能。
The effects of iron content, particle size and coupling agent on the electrical conductivity and electromagnetic shielding properties of iron powder / PP composites were studied. The results show that the volume resistivity of Fe / PP composites decreases with the increase of Fe content, and the percolation value appears at 20%. When the Fe content exceeds 30%, the volume resistivity of Fe / PP composites continues to increase The volume resistivity and shielding effectiveness change is not obvious. When the content of iron powder is constant, the shielding effectiveness of the composites increases with the increase of the number of iron powders. The maximum electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of the composites reaches 40 dB in the low frequency range from 100 MHz to 1 GHz. Titanate coupling agent is 4% of the mass of iron powder, can well improve the conductivity and shielding performance of the iron powder / PP material.
