劳动者为雇佣者劳动,雇佣者为劳动者支付报酬,这不仅仅是几千年来的惯例,更是我国劳动法中的明文规定。但是随着社会经济快速发展,由企业选择劳动者逐渐变为了优秀劳动者选择企业。不论是为了保证留住优秀劳动者,还是为了企业自身的发展,单一企业的薪酬管理模式都必须进行创新和改革。本文就传统的企业薪酬管理模式分析、多样化管理的必要性、多样化管理的内容和建议等方面进行阐述,以期对企业有指导意义。
Labor is employed by employers and remuneration is paid by employers for workers, which is not only a matter of practice for thousands of years, but also expressly provided for in our labor law. However, with the rapid social and economic development, the workers who choose enterprises gradually become excellent laborers and choose enterprises. Whether it is to ensure the retention of good laborers or to develop their own businesses, the compensation management model of a single enterprise must be innovated and reformed. This article elaborates the analysis of the traditional enterprise salary management mode, the necessity of diversified management, the contents and suggestions of diversified management and so on, so as to guide the enterprises.
