知识管理作为一种新的管理理念,已经引起图书馆界的高度重视,图书馆知识管理的主要目的就是挖掘图书馆员的知识能力和智慧,充分利用馆藏并采取有效措施对馆藏信息进行搜索、加工、整理,形成具有创新价值的知识产品,迅速快捷地为用户提供个性化的知识服务,来解决用户急需解决的问题,以提高图书馆的知识服务和创新能力。文章分析了图书馆知识管理的理念及发展现状,认为图书馆应用知识管理是图书馆创新发展的必然,并对图书馆服务方式创新加以探讨。
