1925年,为管理法国所退庚款,中法协商成立教育基金委员会,并设两国代表团,共同洽商改善中法教育基金的相关问题。本组史料收录了中法教育基金委员会的组织大纲、成立及其发展状况,中国代表团章程及1926-1944年间中国代表团会议记录及部分预算等内容。兹于中法建交五十周年之际公布本组史料,希望对促进民国时期中法教育事业方面的研究有所裨益。
In 1925, in order to manage the withdrawal of funds from France, China and France negotiated the establishment of an Education Fund Committee and set up a delegation of the two countries to jointly negotiate the relevant issues concerning the improvement of China-France Education Fund. The historical data of this group contains the outline of the establishment of the China-France Education Fund Committee, its status of development, the charter of the Chinese delegation, the minutes of the Chinese delegation from 1926 to 1944, and part of its budget. I hereby announce the historical data of this group on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and France and I hope it will be helpful to promote the research on the education of China and France during the Republic of China.
