本研究用酸性酯酶染色法检测了281例健康人外周血ANAE(+)细胞生理变动。发现:8~40岁,ANAE(+)细胞率处于高水平;40岁以后随年龄的增长而降低。173例14~45岁的男女之间ANAE(+)率无显著差异。妇女ANAE(+)率在月经周期中百明显的波动:月经期最低(56.16±5.40),月经前期最高(70.22±4.54),月经后期居中位(65.76±6.34)。讨论了各地区实验室测得的健康人ANAE(+)率的差异,以及在月经周期中波动的原因。
In this study, acid esterase staining was used to detect the physiological changes of peripheral blood ANAE (+) cells in 281 healthy volunteers. Found: 8 to 40 years old, ANAE (+) cell rates at high levels; 40 years of age with age and decreased. There was no significant difference in the ANAE (+) rate among 173 men and women aged 14-45 years. Women’s ANAE (+) rate was significantly lower during the menstrual cycle (56.16 ± 5.40), premenstrual (70.22 ± 4.54) and postmenopausal (65.76 ± 6.34). Discussed the differences in ANAE (+) rates among healthy individuals measured by laboratories in various regions and the reasons for fluctuations in the menstrual cycle.
