检测 3批牛胎盘粉的 2 4项成分 ,其平均值分别为水分 5 .0 8%、质量 5 .2 3%、蛋白质 40 .33 %、总氨基酸 32 4.7mg/g、组氨酸 6 .2 7mg/g、丝氨酸 13.1mg/g、缬氨酸 19.0mg/g、蛋氨酸 4.4mg/g、亮氨酸 2 6 .0mg/g、酪氨酸 6 .6mg/g、苯丙氨酸 12 .3mg/g、赖氨酸 2 1.9mg/g、雌三醇 1.2 1ug/g、铅 0 .1mg/kg、砷 0 .30mg/kg、菌落总数 85 0cfu/g、大肠杆菌数 <30cfu/g、酵母菌 <10cfu/g、霉菌 <10cfu/g、雌二醇 1.2 1ug/g ,致病菌、雌二醇、雌酮、孕酮、睾酮等均未检出。结果表明该产品 7项卫生、质量指标稳定性好 ,符合食品卫生、质量标准。
Two-four components of bovine placental powder in 3 batches of cattle were tested, and the average values were: moisture 5.0 8%, quality 5.2%, protein 40.33%, total amino acid 32 4.7 mg/g, and histidine 6. 2 7 mg/g, serine 13.1 mg/g, proline 19.0 mg/g, methionine 4.4 mg/g, leucine 26.0 mg/g, tyrosine 6.6 mg/g, phenylalanine 12. 3mg/g, lysine 2 1.9mg/g, estriol 1.2 1ug/g, lead 0.1 mg/kg, arsenic 0.30mg/kg, total colony 85 0cfu/g, E. coli count <30cfu/g, Yeast bacteria <10cfu/g, mold <10cfu/g, estradiol 1.2 1ug/g, pathogenic bacteria, estradiol, estrone, progesterone, and testosterone were not detected. The results showed that the product’s seven health and quality indicators are of good stability and meet food hygiene and quality standards.
