增强国际传播能力,是当前中国面临的一项重要任务。对中国,增强国际传播能力的压力和机遇并存。一方面,“西强我弱”的国际传播旧格局并未打破。另一方面,随着中国经济不断取得成就、综合国力显著增强,中国在国际政治、经济和文化舞台上发挥着越来越重要的作用。中国联通集团公司易涤非撰写的《增强国际传播能力实事求是传播中国》一文认为,增强国际传播能力需要强调中国立场和全球视野,以增强国内传播力为基础,加强媒介设施建设与信息资源开发,提高语言能力与思想实力,提高国际竞争中的硬实力和软实力,破除西方“普世价值公式”。
