目的 :研究蛋氨酸对孕 9 5~ 1 1 5d大鼠胚胎发育的影响 ;方法 :取孕 9 5d(头褶中期 )的大鼠胚胎 ,分别用蛋氨酸含量较低的纯牛血清和蛋氨酸 +牛血清为实验组 ,用大鼠血清做为对照组 ,在体外培养 4 8h ,并用Klug等人的评分系统对胚胎生长发育和形态进行评分 ;结果 :在牛血清中培养的胚胎 ,其卵黄囊血循环、生长参数和蛋白质含量均低于牛血清 +蛋氨酸培养组 (P <0 0 5) ,各器官发育异常率均高于牛血清 +蛋氨酸培养组 (P <0 0 5) ,加入蛋氨酸后 ,可以明显地改善胚胎卵黄囊血液循环 (P <0 0 5) ,增加胚胎蛋白质的合成 (P <0 0 5) ,减少各器官的发育异常率 ;结论 :蛋氨酸可以促进大鼠胚胎的发育 ,降低大鼠胚胎发育异常率。
Objective: To study the effect of methionine on embryonic development in pregnant rats from 951 to 115 days. Methods: The rat embryos were collected at 95 days of gestation, As the experimental group, rat serum was used as a control group, cultured in vitro 48 h, and scored with a Klug et al scoring system on embryonic growth and morphology; Results: embryos cultured in bovine serum, the yolk sac blood circulation, (P <0.05), and the growth rate and protein content were lower than that of bovine serum + methionine culture group (P <0.05). The abnormal rate of each organ was higher than that of bovine serum + methionine culture group (P <0 05) (P <0.05), increase the synthesis of embryo protein (P <0 05) and reduce the rate of abnormal development of various organs. Conclusion: Methionine can promote the development of rat embryos and reduce the expression of Abnormal fetal development rate.
