[目的]分析BRMS1表达与乳腺癌临床病理因素之间的关系,探讨BRMS1蛋白在乳腺癌转移中可能存在的作用机制及意义。[方法]采用免疫组织化学方法检测63例乳腺癌组织标本中BRMS1蛋白的表达,随机抽取相应的癌旁组织32例及乳腺良性病变组织29例作为对照组,结合临床病理资料进行分析。[结果]BRMS1在乳腺癌组织中阳性率为36/63(57.1%),癌旁组织中阳性率为29/32(90.6%),乳腺良性病变组织中阳性率为100.0%(29/29),乳腺癌组织中BRMS1表达率显著低于癌旁组织和乳腺良性病变组织。BRMS1表达与年龄、肿瘤大小、病理分型无关,与淋巴结转移、临床病理分期有关。[结论]BRMS1蛋白在乳腺癌组织中表达下调,其表达下调可能与乳腺癌的侵袭转移相关。
[Objective] To analyze the relationship between BRMS1 expression and clinicopathological factors in breast cancer, and to explore the possible mechanism and significance of BRMS1 protein in breast cancer metastasis. [Method] The expression of BRMS1 protein in 63 cases of breast cancer tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry. 32 cases of corresponding paracancerous tissues and 29 cases of benign breast lesions were randomly selected as the control group and analyzed with clinicopathological data. [Results] The positive rate of BRMS1 was 36/63 (57.1%) in breast cancer tissues, 29/32 (90.6%) in paracancerous tissues and 100.0% (29/29) in benign breast lesions. , The expression rate of BRMS1 in breast cancer tissues was significantly lower than that in paracancerous tissues and benign breast lesions. BRMS1 expression with age, tumor size, pathological type has nothing to do with lymph node metastasis, clinical stage related. [Conclusion] The expression of BRMS1 protein is down-regulated in breast cancer tissues, which may be related to the invasion and metastasis of breast cancer.
