当前高校旅游管理专业实训基地建设典型模式主要有校内生产性实践基地、校内仿真性实训区以及校外实训基地等。高校旅游管理人才实训基地建设应该更新理念,加强专业化和国际化,同时大力推进教学工厂,实现教学做合一,建设一体化实训基地,并在管理方法上重视系统思维。
At present, the typical modes of the construction of tourism management major training bases in colleges and universities mainly include the productive practice base within the university, the simulation training area within the university and the training base outside the university. The construction of college tourism management talent training base should be updated to enhance its professionalism and internationalization. At the same time, it should vigorously promote the teaching factory, realize the integration of teaching, build an integrated training base, and emphasize systematic thinking on the management methods.
