目的:探讨脉络舒通颗粒对创伤性骨折后大鼠内皮细胞功能受损后的保护作用。方法:选择Wistar大鼠90只,采用自制打击装置打击其双侧大腿近端建立骨折动物模型,随机分为实验组(给予脉络舒通颗粒)、对照组(给予低分子肝素)及空白对照组(给予纯化水),给予相应的治疗,12d切取标本,分别记录血栓形成数量,并在显微镜下观察各组血管内膜情况。结果:空白对照组、对照组、实验组血栓产生比例分别为40.0%、10.0%、13.3%,实验组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义,二者与空白对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);显微镜下观察,实验组内膜及血管内皮损伤较轻,空白对照组内皮损伤剥脱,内皮下组织裸露,管壁炎性细胞浸溶明显。结论:脉络舒通颗粒对骨折后大鼠具有保护内皮细胞功能的作用。
Objective: To investigate the protective effect of Mailu Shu Tong Granule on endothelial dysfunction in rats after traumatic fracture. Methods: Totally 90 Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group (given Mai Luo Shutong Granule), control group (given low molecular weight heparin) and blank control group (Given purified water), given the appropriate treatment, 12 days to cut the specimens were recorded thrombosis number, and observed under the microscope vascular intima of each group. Results: Thrombosis in the control group, the control group and the experimental group were 40.0%, 10.0% and 13.3%, respectively. There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group, and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups (P <0.05). Under the microscope, the damage of endothelium and vascular endothelium in the experimental group was lighter than that in the blank control group. The endothelial cells in the blank control group were exfoliated, the tissue in the endothelium was submerged, and the infiltration of inflammatory cells in the wall was obvious. Conclusion: Maoluxutong Granule can protect the function of endothelial cells in rats after fracture.
