各州、市、县人民政府办公室,各地区行政公署办公室,省直各委、办、厅、局办公室: 《云南政报》是云南省人民政府唯一对外公开发行的政务性期刊,是省政府发布政令、传输文件的主要载体之一,其宗旨是传达政令、提供信息、指导工作、服务全省。所刊发的文件与通过正式发文渠道下发的文件具有同等效力,具有政策性、法规性和权威性。订阅《云南政报》能够解决基层单位看文件难的问题,从而保证国家和省的法规、政策得到及时传达贯彻。《云南政报》自1988年复刊以来,在全省各级政府、社会各部门的大力支持下,办刊质量及发行工作得到了较大的提高,为全省改革开放和经济建设作出了积极贡献。
