目的:探讨丁草胺对小白鼠空间记忆能力的影响。方法:以丁草胺溶液作为染毒药物,小白鼠为实验对象,采用Morris水迷宫系统进行研究。结果:多数丁草胺处理组的潜伏逃避时间、游泳距离均长于对照组。入水次序和入水象限不同时对小白鼠的空间记忆能力会产生一定程度的影响,其中在第4入水次序和第1象限入水时,小白鼠的逃避潜伏时间和游泳距离相对较短。结论:丁草胺可对小鼠产生较大的毒害影响,不同入水次序和入水象限对小鼠空间记忆能力的影响程度不同。
Objective: To investigate the effect of butachlor on spatial memory in mice. Methods: Butachlor solution was used as the drug and mice were used as experimental subjects. The Morris water maze system was used to study. Results: Most of the butachlor treatment group latency evasion time, swimming distance were longer than the control group. The influx sequence and influent quadrant did not affect the spatial memory ability of mice to some extent. The escape latency and swimming distance of mice were relatively short when they were infiltrated in the 4th order and in the 1st quadrant. CONCLUSION: Butachlor can exert a greater toxic effect on mice, and different degrees of infiltration sequence and water quadrant have different effects on spatial memory.
