评述了《流态化床予还原一等离子炉熔化还原》法的基本原理和国内外现状。 此法是利用熔化还原所产生的CO,在流态化床中将部分Fe_2O_3还原成FeO和Fe,继而用等离子竖炉进行熔化还原,热源则由等离子体供给。 此法在原料要求、焦炭用量、煤气利用率、操作工艺、成品质量和能耗、基建投资、生铁成本等方面都有很大优点,并大大降低由硫引起的污染问题。 无论从能源、交通运输、环境污染以及今后工业合理布局等方面着眼,在攀枝花地区建立以此法为基础的中小型特殊钢企业是切实可行的技术路线。
The basic principle of the “fluidized bed prereduction reduction plasma furnace melting reduction” method and the status quo at home and abroad are reviewed. This method is the use of CO generated by melting reduction, in the fluidized bed part of the Fe_2O_3 reduction to FeO and Fe, followed by melting furnace with a plasma reduction, the heat source is supplied by the plasma. This method has great advantages in terms of raw material requirement, coke consumption, gas utilization rate, operation technology, finished product quality and energy consumption, capital investment, pig iron cost and the like, and greatly reduces the pollution problem caused by sulfur. Regardless of energy, transportation, environmental pollution and the reasonable layout of the industrial future, the establishment of a small and medium-sized special steel enterprise based on this method in Panzhihua is a feasible technical route.
