目的观察小鼠肾脏发育过程中泌尿小管中整合素连接激酶(ILK)的表达变化。方法培育各日龄小鼠,采用免疫组织化学结合体视学方法及Western blotting技术检测胚龄(E)12 d、14 d、16 d、18 d胎鼠及生后日龄(P)1 d、3 d、7 d、14 d仔鼠肾组织中ILK的表达及含量变化。结果 ILK在E12 d即开始表达于输尿管芽细胞,随后表达在各期肾小管和集合管的上皮细胞胞质中。体视学测量和Western blotting检测结果显示ILK的表达随着肾脏的发育逐渐增强,在P7 d达到高峰,随后无明显变化。结论 ILK在小鼠肾泌尿小管的发育过程中存在时空性表达规律。
Objective To observe the expression of integrin - linked kinase (ILK) in urinary tubules during the development of kidney in mice. Methods The mice of various ages were cultured and the embryonic age (E) at 12 d, 14 d, 16 d and 18 d were measured by immunohistochemical method combined with stereological method and Western blotting. , 3 d, 7 d, 14 d after the kidneys ILK expression and content changes. Results ILK began to express in the ureteral bud cells on day E12, and then expressed in the cytoplasm of the epithelial cells of the renal tubules and collecting ducts. Stereological measurements and Western blotting results showed that the expression of ILK gradually increased with the development of the kidneys, reaching its peak on P7 d, and then there was no significant change. Conclusion ILK exists in the development of mouse urinary tubules during the development of spatial and temporal expression.
