在刚刚结束的首届鲁菜烹饪大赛上,青岛航空大酒店总经理、特一级烹调师、高级烹饪技师张恕玉荣获“山东名厨”的称号。此次参赛,他的作品“龙虾仔扒鱼翅”也同时荣获山东名菜奖。这位生于青岛,长在青岛,又把事业扎根在青岛的山东名厨,在茫茫人海中,也许不会被人们注意。
In the just-concluded first Shandong cuisine contest, Qingdao Aviation Hotel General Manager, a special cooking division, senior culinary technician Zhang Shuyu won the “Shandong chef” title.
