本工作应用硅胶水银长度计等测定技术,通过心肌局部及整体力学指标,对缺血心肌在多种循环因素变动条件下的局部特征作了揭示。旨在为缺血性心脏病实验研究提供基础。实验结果表明,正性变力作用剂促使缺血区节段长度SS幅度恢复,降低ED_(SL);而负性变力作用剂与急性前负荷增加均使ED_(SL)上升。同时,负性作用与后负荷变化又可导致△SL幅度改变。本结果提示,在缺血条件下,节段指标的变化与循环因素之间的关系是非特异性的。应当认为此类指标是心脏收缩——舒张交替过程中,局部心肌力学活动的外部综合表现。
In this work, the local characteristics of ischemic myocardium under the condition of many kinds of circulatory factors were revealed by using the determination technique such as the silica gel length gauge and the local and global mechanical indexes of the myocardium. To provide experimental basis for the experimental study of ischemic heart disease. The experimental results show that the positive variable acting agents can restore the SS amplitude of ischemic segments and decrease the ED SL while the negative SLA and ED increases the ED SL. At the same time, negative effects and postload changes can lead to changes in ΔSL amplitude. The results suggest that the relationship between changes in segment indices and circulatory factors is non-specific under ischemic conditions. Such indicators should be considered as an external composite of local myocardial mechanic activity during systole-diastolic alternation.
