范仲淹是北宋杰出的政治家、军事家和文学家。他的名篇《岳阳楼记》脍炙人口,“先天下之忧而忧,后天下之乐而乐”的名句更是激励了一代又一代志士仁人。由于年代久远,范氏的墨迹极为罕见。目前仅知有三件行书手札(分藏于北京、台北故宫)和此一件楷书作品传世。北京故宫博物院藏《道服赞》卷,纸本,纵34.8厘米、横47.9厘米,小楷书7行共97字。据序文可知,它是作者为一位时任平海(今福建泉州)书记的许姓友人撰并书
Fan Zhongyan is an outstanding politician, military strategist and writer in the Northern Song Dynasty.
