人事档案承载着事业人才的重要信息,是事业单位了解和任用人员的参考依据,也是单位人才信息的主要信息源。对人事档案的合理利用,有助于事业单位开发人才资源。本文主要分为部分,第一部分分析事业单位人事档案管理中存在的问题,第二部分简述事业单位人事档案管理的主要对策。
Personnel files carry important information about career personnel, which is the reference basis for public institutions to know and appoint staff. It is also the main source of information for unit personnel. The rational use of personnel files will help institutions to develop human resources. This article is divided into some parts. The first part analyzes the existing problems in the management of personnel records in public institutions, and the second part briefly describes the main measures of personnel records management in public institutions.
