缺血后处理是一种可以减轻缺血再灌注损的新方法,近来发现对脑缺血也具有显著保护作用。适当时机给予适当强度的后处理可减少局灶性缺血及全脑缺血后大脑的梗死面积,减少体外培养神经元的死亡,对远隔器官实施的远距离缺血可降低脑梗死面积。缺血后处理可以影响再灌注的脑血流,改善血管神经单元细胞的相互作用,通过炎症、凋亡、Akt、MAPK、PKC和KATP通道等途径实现神经系统的保护。本文就缺血后处理脑保护的研究方法和作用机制进行综述。
