目的 探讨低碘和高碘所致的甲状腺功能低下对大鼠生育力的影响。方法 利用病区的低碘粮食喂养Wistar大鼠,同时饮用不同质量浓度加碘水,复制低碘、高碘动物模型,将饲养3个月的雌雄大鼠按1∶1合笼后观察雌鼠受孕及仔鼠发育情况。结果 低碘组雌鼠受孕率、产仔数显著低于适碘组,仔鼠死亡率明显高于适碘组,生长发育显著延迟;高碘组雌鼠顺产率低于适碘组,死产率、仔鼠死亡率高于适碘组。结论 低碘、高碘均引起甲状腺功能低下,从而降低大鼠的生育力,影响仔鼠生长发育。但低碘对生育力的影响比高碘更明显。
Objective To investigate the effects of hypothyroidism and hypothyroidism on fertility in rats. Methods Wistar rats were fed with low-iodine food in the ward. At the same time, drinking low-iodine and high-iodine water with different mass concentrations of iodine and water, the male and female rats, which were kept for 3 months, Pregnancy and pups development. Results The pregnant rate and litter size of low iodine group were significantly lower than those of the appropriate iodine group. The mortality rate of offspring rats was significantly higher than that of the right iodine group. The growth and development were significantly delayed. Rate, pupil mortality was higher than the iodine group. Conclusions Low iodine and high iodine all cause hypothyroidism, thus reducing the fertility of rats and the growth and development of pups. However, the effect of low iodine on fertility is more obvious than that of high iodine.
