随着社会经济的飞速发展,我国高速公路总体上实现了持续、快速和有序的发展,有力地促进了我国经济发展和社会进步。近年来,由于缺乏管理经验,各地便将普通公路上的交通管理之模式挪用至高速公路的安全管理上,导致高速公路的管理出现了很多的新问题。而机动车数量的持续增加,也不可避免地带来了交通拥挤、事故损害等诸多安全问题,高速公路安全管理已经成为一项重要研究课题,更值得我们深入研究并探讨。 With the rapid social and economic development, the expressway in our country has achieved sustained, rapid and orderly development as a whole, effectively boosting China’s economic development and social progress. In recent years, due to the lack of management experience, various localities have shifted the mode of traffic management on ordinary highways to the safety management of expressways, resulting in many new problems in the management of expressways. However, the continuous increase in the number of motor vehicles also inevitably brings about many traffic safety problems such as traffic congestion and accident damage. Freeway safety management has become an important research topic and deserves our further study and discussion.
