本文总结了对洛阳拖拉机厂生产的490型柴油机怠速不稳和油嘴喷油量分散原因的试验研究结果。通过对试验资料的分析,指明了解决这些问题的途径和方法,同时初步阐明了柴油机供油系统参数(如油嘴、油管、出油阀及出油阀弹簧等主要元件几何尺寸)对喷油稳定性、喷油量大小和喷油规律的重大影响,并指出有进一步进行深入系统研究的必要。
This paper summarizes the test results of the instability of the 490 diesel engine and the reason of the dispersion of the nozzle oil quantity produced by the tractor plant in Luoyang. Through the analysis of the test data, the ways and methods to solve these problems are pointed out.
