本文在全球生产网络背景下,以产业相似度矩阵为权数构建产业间技术溢出指标,运用2005-2011年中国15个工业产业面板数据,从整体和不同技术产业两个层面分别考察产业间的技术溢出对中国工业劳动生产率的影响。研究表明:产业间技术溢出对我国工业部门的劳动生产率有显著促进作用;但在考虑全球生产网络因素后,产业间技术溢出作用程度降低,劳动生产率的提高更多依靠资本和研发投入拉动;从不同技术产业来看,控制全球生产网络因素前后,低技术产业获得的技术溢出效应相对较大。
Under the background of global production network, this paper constructs the index of technology spillover among industries based on the matrix of industrial similarity. By using the panel data of China’s 15 industrial industries from 2005 to 2011, this paper examines the industry spillovers from two aspects of industry and industry The Impact of Technology Spillover on China ’s Industrial Labor Productivity. The research shows that the technological spillover between industries can significantly promote the labor productivity of the industrial sector in our country. However, considering the factors of global production network, the degree of technological spillover effect among industries decreases. The improvement of labor productivity depends more on capital and R & D investment. According to different technology industries, the technology spillover effects obtained by low-tech industries are relatively large before and after controlling for global production networks.
