[目的]分析5·12地震中志愿者参与医院志愿服务的情况,探索医院志愿者管理工作存在的问题,为医院志愿者管理提出意见。[方法]采用问卷调查280名医院志愿者,结合志愿者管理者和医院志愿者管理者访谈,分析管理中的重点环节。[结果]志愿者的参与为医院在应急状态下处理病患提供了很大帮助,但是在志愿服务的各环节存在相应的问题。[结论]积极探索志愿者参与医院志愿服务的方式和医院志愿者管理流程中重点环节的解决方法,使志愿者能更好的参与医院志愿服务。 [Objective] To analyze volunteer participation in hospital volunteer service during the May 12 earthquake, explore the problems existing in the management of volunteers in hospital, and give advice on the management of volunteers in hospitals. [Methods] A total of 280 hospital volunteers were surveyed. Interviews were conducted with volunteer managers and hospital volunteer managers to analyze the key links in management. [Results] Volunteers’ participation provided great help to the hospital in dealing with the patients in the state of emergency, but there were corresponding problems in all aspects of volunteer service. [Conclusion] The author actively explores the way volunteers participate in the hospital volunteer service and the key links in the hospital volunteer management process so that volunteers can better participate in the hospital volunteer service.
