目的 :观察纳米活性炭 (activatedcarbonnano particles ,ACNP)对丝裂霉素C(mitomycinC ,MMC)的吸附与缓释性能。方法 :用紫外分光光度法检测ACNP对MMC的吸附性能 ,并与市售微米粒子活性炭 (activatedcarbonmicro particles ,ACMP)比较。反复更换溶剂 ,观察ACNP吸附MMC的缓释性能。 结果 :ACNP对MMC的饱和吸附量 (Xm)为 132 .4 5mg/ g ,ACMP的Xm 为 117.5 1mg/ g。每 132 .4 5mgMMC加入 1gACNP ,溶液中 94 .0 %的MMC吸附在ACNP上。每次更换溶剂 ,均释放出一定量MMC。结论 :ACNP对MMC的吸附性能优于ACMP ,同时具有良好的缓释性能。
Objective: To observe the adsorption and release of mitomycin C (MMC) by activated carbon nano particles (ACNP). Methods: The adsorption of ACNP on MMC was detected by UV spectrophotometry and compared with the commercially available activated carbon microparticles (ACMP). Repeatedly change the solvent, observe the release of ACNP MMC sustained-release properties. Results: The saturated adsorption capacity of ACNP to MMC was 132.45 mg / g and the Xm of ACMP was 117.5 mg / g. One gram of ACNP was added to 132.4 mg of MMC and 94.0% of the MMC in solution was adsorbed on ACNP. Every time you change the solvent, a certain amount of MMC is released. CONCLUSION: ACNP adsorbs MMC better than ACMP and has good sustained-release properties.
