目的:应用奥马哈系统评估糖尿病患者的健康问题及现状。方法:便利抽样法选取北京市某社区50例糖尿病患者进行家庭访视,应用奥马哈系统中问题分类系统和结局评价系统评估健康问题及现状。结果:糖尿病患者健康问题主要分布在生理和健康相关行为领域,其比例分别为50.3%和30.0%;常见的健康问题依次为营养、住宅、身体活动、处方药物治疗方案等。结局评价系统Likert 5级评分中,82.6%的认知评分为2~3分,提示少许认知;82.6%的行为评分为3~4分,提示经常恰当的行为;95.7%的状况评分为3~4分,提示不太严重的症状/体征。结论:糖尿病患者生理领域和健康相关行为领域问题较多,且认知程度较低,社区护士可采取讲座、座谈会等形式进行健康教育,以期提高糖尿病患者健康认知水平。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the health status and status quo of diabetics using the Omaha system. Methods: Convenient sampling method was used to select 50 patients with diabetes in a community in Beijing for family visits. The Omaha system problem classification system and outcome evaluation system were used to evaluate the health problems and the status quo. Results: The health problems of diabetic patients were mainly distributed in the areas of physiological and health related behaviors, the proportions were 50.3% and 30.0% respectively. The common health problems were nutrition, housing, physical activity and prescription drug treatment. Among the Likert Rating 5 Outcome Rating System scores, 82.6% had a cognitive score of 2 to 3, suggesting a little cognition, 82.6% had a performance score of 3 to 4, suggesting an often appropriate behavior, 95.7% having a status score of 3 ~ 4 points, suggesting less severe symptoms / signs. Conclusion: There are many problems in the field of physiology and health-related behaviors of diabetic patients, and their cognition is low. Community nurses can take health education in the form of lectures and symposiums to improve the health cognition level of diabetic patients.
