利用胰岛素抵抗HepG2细胞模型筛选具有降血糖活性的鲍姆桑黄孔菌菌丝体化合物,并对其作用机理进行了初步探讨。研究结果表明从鲍姆桑黄孔菌大米发酵菌丝体中分离出的原儿茶醛、柚皮素和黄芩素3种化合物对HepG2细胞葡萄糖消耗量具有明显的促进作用;实时定量PCR分析表明,原儿茶醛对SOCS-3因子mRNA表达抑制效果最好,而黄苓素对TNF-α因子mRNA表达抑制效果最佳。原儿茶醛和黄芩素为鲍姆桑黄孔菌中有降血糖活性的化合物。
The HepG2 cell model with insulin resistance was used to screen hyphaemic hyphae of Myrica rubra, and its mechanism of action was also discussed. The results showed that the three compounds of protocatechuic aldehyde, naringenin and baicalein isolated from the fermentation of mycelium of Baumopsis yunnanensis rice could obviously promote the glucose consumption of HepG2 cells. Real-time PCR analysis showed , Protocatechuicide had the best inhibitory effect on the expression of SOCS-3 mRNA, while Huangrang Su inhibited the expression of TNF-α mRNA. Protocatechuic acid and baicalein are compounds that have hypoglycemic activity in the bacterium Parasanilla.
