目的 :认识和重视流行性出血热在实验动物中的感染和传播 ,制定预防措施、保护实验人员健康。方法 :对我省两起由实验室大白鼠感染、传播流行性出血热致使饲育人员发病情况进行调查。结果 :抽查大白鼠 130只 ,血清抗体阳性 6 1只 ,阳性率 4 7. 2 % ,饲育人员 15人 ,8人血清抗体阳性 ,阳性率 5 3. 3% ,褐家鼠 5 8只 ,血清抗体阳性 3只 ,阳性率 5 .2 % ,饲育人员 2人发病住院医治。结论 :大白鼠对汉坦病毒敏感 ,一旦获得感染极易在大白鼠中传播 ,可成为实验工作人员感染本病的传染源。
Objectives: To recognize and attach importance to the infection and spread of epidemic hemorrhagic fever in experimental animals and to make preventive measures to protect the health of laboratory personnel. Methods: In our province, two laboratory rats were infected with epidemic hemorrhagic fever caused by the incidence of feeding staff to investigate. Results: A total of 130 rabbits were randomly selected and the serum antibody positive was 61. The positive rate was 47.2%, the number of breeding staff was 15, the serum antibody of 8 was positive, the positive rate was 53.3%, the brown rat was 58, the serum Antibody positive 3, the positive rate of 5.2%, feeding staff incidence of 2 hospitalized. Conclusion: The rat is sensitive to Hantavirus. Once the infection is acquired, it can easily spread in rats, which may become the infection source of experimental workers.
