This paper introduces the application of Building Information Modeling (BIM) based visualization technology in Dongjing Pumping Project, and expounds the 3D modeling process of the complex structure of Dongjing Pumping Project, such as retaining wall, stilling pool, pump chamber and gate chamber , Analyzes the prominent features of BIM-based 3D design in terms of information management and design concept expression.
