通过对加Ce的ZA27合金组织和性能的研究,表明元素Ce在组织中主要以富锦相的形式分布在户相和共晶组织中.富Ce相中偏聚了杂质元素Fe和St,降低了杂质元素对性能的不利作用.Ce的加入改善了合金的切削加工性能,提高了材质的耐磨性和耐蚀性.综合性能分析得出ZA27合金中稀土Ce的合适加入量为0.11%~0.29%.
Through the study of the microstructure and properties of Ce-added ZA27 alloy, it is shown that Ce is mainly distributed in the phase and eutectic structure in the microstructure in the form of rich phase. In the Ce-rich phase, the impurity elements Fe and St are segregated and the detrimental effects of the impurity elements on the performance are reduced. The addition of Ce improves the machinability of the alloy and improves the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the material. The comprehensive performance analysis shows that the suitable addition amount of rare earth Ce in ZA27 alloy is 0.11% -0.29%.
