本文采用示差正交函数法(ΔPj法)不经分离直接测定片剂中吸收光谱互相重叠的二元混合物去甲羟安定(OZ)和潘生丁的含量,方法简单,重现性好,变异系数小于2%。所得结果的准确度和精密度均优于ΔA法。对照品溶液的制备:取(OZ)20mg,潘生丁50mg分别溶于100ml乙醇中;各取该液2份,每份3ml,分别用0.1NH_2SO_4和0.05M硼砂液稀释至100ml。样品液的制备:秤取20片研细,精密秤片粉适量(相当于(OZ)20mg潘生丁50mg),溶于100ml乙醇中,过滤,取滤液2份,每份3ml,分别用0.1NH_2SO_4和0.05M硼砂液稀释至100ml。
In this paper, the differential orthogonal test (ΔPj method) was used to directly determine the content of noroxybenzamine (OZ) and dipyridamole in the binary mixtures with overlapping absorption spectra. The method is simple, reproducible and the coefficient of variation is less than 2%. The accuracy and precision of the results obtained are better than the ΔA method. Preparation of reference substance solution: Take (OZ) 20mg, dipyridamole 50mg were dissolved in 100ml of ethanol; each take 2 parts of the liquid, each 3ml, were diluted with 0.1NH 2 SO 4 and 0.05M borax to 100ml. Preparation of the sample solution: Weigh 20 fine grinding precision weighing tablets (equivalent to (OZ) 20mg dipyridamole 50mg), was dissolved in 100ml of ethanol, filtered, and the filtrate 2 copies, each 3ml, respectively 0.1NH_2SO_4 and 0.05M borax diluted to 100ml.
