2011年,我国对外贸易平稳增长,前9个月进出口总额2.68万亿美元,同比增长24.6%。预计全年进出口总额超过3.5万亿美元,比上年增长20%左右;贸易顺差1600亿美元左右,比上年减少12%左右。2012年,我国外贸发展环境更为复杂、不确定因素较多,要紧紧围绕“稳增长、调结构、促平衡”三个方面,继续完善进出口支持政策,加快转变外贸发展方式,保持外贸持续稳定健康发展。
In 2011, China’s foreign trade grew steadily, with the total import and export volume in the first nine months of 2.68 trillion U.S. dollars, up 24.6% over the same period of last year. The total annual import and export volume is expected to exceed 3.5 trillion U.S. dollars, an increase of about 20% over the previous year; the trade surplus is about 160 billion U.S. dollars, decreasing by 12% over the previous year. In 2012, the environment for China’s foreign trade development is more complicated with more uncertainties. We will continue to improve the supportive policies on import and export in order to speed up the transformation of the mode of foreign trade development and maintain the three-pronged approach of “stabilizing growth, adjusting structure and promoting balance” Foreign trade continued its steady and healthy development.
