这是令人难忘的时刻。1991年12月21日,北京人民大会堂。全国第一届宣传人民代表大会制度好新闻颁奖大会在这里隆重举行。带着上海新闻界同仁的委托,我荣幸地步入人民大会堂会场。全国人大常委会评选宣传人大制度好新闻,在人大历史上是首次。全国28个省、自治区、直辖市和中央44家新闻单位参加评选,推荐了各种体裁新闻作品286件。几经评议,共评出等级奖139件,其中一等奖14件、二等奖40件、三等奖85件;还有百余件鼓励奖。上海推荐参评的10件作品中,有7件分
This is an unforgettable moment. December 21, 1991, Beijing Great Hall of the People. The First Press Conference to Promote the People’s Congress System in China The press conference was held here. With the commission of the colleagues in Shanghai’s media industry, I was honored to walk into the Great Hall of the People. The National People’s Congress selected a good publicity system of people’s congress system news, the NPC’s first in the history. The 28 provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and 44 news units of the Central Government participated in the selection and recommended a total of 286 pieces of genre news. After several comments, a total of 139 awards were awarded, including 14 first prizes, 40 second prizes and 85 third prizes; and a hundred encouragement awards.
