通过纸片扩散法测试了含不同长度饱和碳链α-和β-O-半乳糖脂衍生物及其等质量比混合剂对于大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和芽孢枯草杆菌的体外抑菌功效,发现一组含有12C脂链的端基混合型半乳糖脂对芽孢枯草杆菌显示一定活性,应用液体稀释法测定其最低抑菌浓度为0.06mmol/L。
In vitro inhibition of E. coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis were tested by disk diffusion method in vitro with different length of saturated carbon chain α- and β-O-galactolipid derivatives and their mass ratio mixture, A group of terminal galacto-oligosaccharides containing 12C lipids were found to show some activity against Bacillus subtilis. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) was 0.06 mmol / L as determined by liquid dilution method.
