【德州新闻网】2014年度留学人员来鲁创业启动支持计划日前开始申报,入选企业将获得部分转化技术项目资助经费。申报企业需同时具备以下条件:待转化技术项目创新性强,市场潜力大,且符合山东省战略性新兴产业或重点产业发展规划,企业具有技术转化的主客观条件,预计转化期一般不超过2年;企业注册不超过3年;企业注册资金现金资产不低于50万元人民币;留学回国人员担任企业的法人代表,或留学回国人员的出资额占企业注册资本的30%以上。
