综述环磷酸腺苷应答元件结合蛋白(CREB)信号通路在中医药治疗认知障碍中的作用。CREB与神经元生成、突触可塑性及学习记忆等方面都有着紧密的联系,众多神经细胞内信号转导通路均能够交汇并参与诱导CREB的激活。CREB的磷酸化可受环磷酸腺苷信号通路、磷脂酰肌醇3激酶/蛋白激B信号通路、p38丝裂原活化蛋白激酶通路及钙/钙调节蛋白依赖性蛋白激酶信号通路等多种信号转导通路的调节,这使得CREB信号通路及其相关分子成为认知障碍干预的药物靶点。
This review summarizes the role of the CREB signaling pathway in the treatment of cognitive disorders by Chinese medicine. CREB has close relationship with neuron generation, synaptic plasticity and learning and memory, and many signal transduction pathways in nerve cells can cross and participate in the induction of CREB activation. Phosphorylation of CREB can be affected by cyclic adenosine monophosphate signaling, phosphatidylinositol 3 kinase / protein B signaling, p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase pathway, and calcium / calmodulin-dependent protein kinase signaling Regulation of transduction pathways, which makes the CREB signaling pathway and its related molecules become the drug target of cognitive impairment intervention.
