钢桥面喷砂除锈工艺研究

随着桥梁建设技术发展突飞猛进,新修建的大跨径钢桥大多是正交异形钢桥面板,工程规模大,技术要求高,相应的机械设备和施工工艺不断更新,工艺参数指标亦随之改变,以港珠澳大桥钢桥面铺装工程为研究背景,对钢桥面表面喷砂除锈施工工艺进行研究。研究结果表明:车载式抛丸机钢桥面喷砂除锈效果良好,钢桥面喷砂除锈采用车载式抛丸机和手推式抛丸机组合施工工艺,建议钢桥面粗糙度质量应控制在50~140μm。研究成果可为其他类似桥面铺装工程提供较好的借鉴。 With the development of bridge construction technology by leaps and bounds, most of the newly built large-span steel bridge is orthogonally shaped steel bridge deck, large-scale projects, high technical requirements, the corresponding mechanical equipment and construction technology constantly updated, process parameters also change Taking the bridge deck pavement of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge as the research background, the construction technology of sandblasting and rust removal on the surface of steel bridge deck was studied. It is suggested that the roughness of steel deck surface Should be controlled at 50 ~ 140μm. The research results can provide a good reference for other similar bridge deck paving projects.
