3年前,十堰市茅箭区总工会选聘律师兼任工会副主席的试水,突破了工会干部“不会维权”的艰难困局,取得了“真给力”的效果。去年10月21日,湖北十堰市总工会对外高调宣布,经过几年的摸索和实践,该市10个县(市、区)通过公选方式选配了一批执业律师兼任非“在编”工会副主席。此项改革的目标指向,就是要依托律师的专业技能,进一步做好工会维权工作,着力破解工会干部“不会维权”的难题。此举在全国尚属首创。
