目的:建立饮用水中6种挥发性卤代烃的分析方法。方法:采用顶空气相色谱法,利用毛细管柱测定饮用水中三氯甲烷、四氯化碳、一溴二氯甲烷、二溴一氯甲烷、四氯乙烯和三溴甲烷等6种挥发性卤代烃。结果:在所建立的实验条件下6种挥发性卤代烃的平均回收率为96.2%~100.2%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.05%~2.98%。结论:所建立的方法简便、快速、准确,可同时测定6种挥发性卤代烃。
Objective: To establish a method for the analysis of six volatile halogenated hydrocarbons in drinking water. Methods: Headspace gas chromatography was used to determine six volatile halogens, including chloroform, carbon tetrachloride, bromodichloromethane, dibromochloromethane, tetrachlorethylene and tribromomethane in drinking water hydrocarbon. Results: Under the established experimental conditions, the average recoveries of six volatile halogenated hydrocarbons ranged from 96.2% to 100.2% with relative standard deviations (RSDs) of 1.05% -2.98%. Conclusion: The established method is simple, rapid and accurate and can measure six kinds of volatile halogenated hydrocarbons simultaneously.
