目的探讨乳腺增生I号对兔乳腺增生病的乳腺组织及血清中激素水平的影响。方法采用雌二醇及黄体酮建立兔乳腺增生病模型 ,并使用乳腺增生I号进行干预。结果与模型组比较 ,乳腺增生I号使兔乳腺小叶腺泡数、细胞增生层数减少 ,使乳腺导管扩张程度减轻。结论乳腺增生Ⅰ号具有抑制由雌二醇、黄体酮致乳腺增生的作用
Objective To investigate the effect of mammary gland hyperplasia I on mammary gland tissue and serum hormone levels in rabbits with mammary gland hyperplasia. Methods The rabbit mammary gland hyperplasia model was established using estradiol and progesterone, and mammary hyperplasia I was used for intervention. Results Compared with the model group, mammary gland hyperplasia I reduced the number of acinar lobule and cell proliferation layer in rabbits, and reduced the degree of ductal dilatation of the breast. Conclusion Mammary hyperplasia I can inhibit the hyperplasia of mammary gland caused by estradiol and progesterone
