北移引种原产中亚热带中心地区的阔瓣含笑,能适应北亚热带南京地区的自然条件,正常生长。圃地栽植3年平均树高1.79m,胸径1.3cm。在中山陵景区郁闭度0.50的松阔混交林内异龄复层混交,6年生时(苗龄2a),平均树高6.99m,胸径7.3cm,成活保存率95%,开花株率95%。6年生的幼树移植10a,树高胸径生长分别达18m、26.0cm。阔瓣含笑幼苗抗猝倒病、抗寒性、抗高温日灼、抗持续伏秋旱等适应性,均优于同龄深山含笑和乐昌含笑。
