失神经骨骼肌提取液对雪旺细胞体外增殖的作用(英文)

目的 :观察去神经支配骨骼肌粗提液在体外培养条件下对雪旺细胞 (Schwanncells,SCs)增殖的作用 ,了解外周神经损伤后SCs大量增殖的机理。方法 :将新生大鼠SCs培养标本分为加正常骨骼肌提取液组 ,加失神经支配骨骼肌提取液组和正常对照组 ,每组 10个标本。通过活细胞计数和S 10 0免疫细胞化学染色证实 ,观察两种肌肉提取液对SCs增倍时间的影响。结果 :对照组SCs增倍时间为 8天 ,正常骨骼肌提取液组为 7天 ,而去神经支配骨骼肌提取液组为 5 5天。结论 :周围神经损伤后SCs可能受失神经支配骨骼肌产生的某些物质的刺激而增殖加快 OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of crude extract of denervated skeletal muscle on the proliferation of Schwann cells (SCs) in vitro and to find out the mechanism of massive proliferation of SCs after peripheral nerve injury. Methods: The newborn rat SCs culture specimens were divided into normal skeletal muscle extract group, denervated skeletal muscle extract group and normal control group, 10 specimens in each group. Confirmed by the viable cell count and S 10 0 immunocytochemistry staining, the effects of two muscle extracts on SCs doubling time were observed. Results: The SCs doubling time of the control group was 8 days, that of the normal skeletal muscle extract group was 7 days, and that of the denervated skeletal muscle extract group was 55 days. CONCLUSIONS: SCs may proliferate faster than certain substances produced by denervated skeletal muscle after peripheral nerve injury
