目的分析工作过程的项目化教学在外科护理课程中的效果。方法将70名大专护理专业学生分为观察组和对照组,各35名,对照组学生以常规方法进行教学,观察组学生以项目化教学方法展开教学工作,评价2组学生理论考试成绩和操作考试成绩。结果观察组、对照组学生理论考试成绩和操作考试成绩分别为(88.95±4.26)分、(89.62±3.37)分和(79.01±3.01)分、(80.02±3.06)分,2组学生理论考试成绩和操作考试成绩的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论工作过程的项目化教学在外科护理课程中效果理想,提高了学生的综合素质。
Objective To analyze the effect of project teaching in surgical nursing courses. Methods Seventy college nursing students were divided into observation group and control group, 35 in each group. The control group of students were taught by the conventional method. The observation group of students conducted the teaching work by the project-based teaching method, and evaluated the theoretical test scores and operations of the two groups Examination results. Results The score of the theoretical test and the test of the students in the observation group and the control group were (88.95 ± 4.26) points, (89.62 ± 3.37) points and (79.01 ± 3.01) points, (80.02 ± 3.06) points respectively. And operation test scores were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The project teaching in the working process is effective in surgical nursing courses and improves the overall quality of students.
