自2013年3月1日《农业保险条例》颁布实施后,为规范农业保险活动,保护农业保险当事人的合法权益,提高农业生产抗风险能力,促进农业保险事业健康发展。为此我们对禄劝农业保险现状进行了调研,并针对贫困地区开展农业保险存在的难点提出建议,供各级政府部门参考,以此促进贫困地区农业保险更好地发展。
Since the promulgation of the “Agricultural Insurance Regulations” on March 1, 2013, in order to standardize agricultural insurance activities, protect the legitimate rights and interests of parties involved in agricultural insurance, improve the anti-risk ability of agricultural production and promote the healthy development of agricultural insurance. To this end, we conducted a survey on the status quo of agricultural insurance in Luquan and made suggestions for the difficulties in carrying out agricultural insurance in poor areas for reference by government departments at all levels so as to promote better development of agricultural insurance in poor areas.
