本文叙述了提高相对座标数控车床加工精度的一种途径——过冲补偿法。利用这种途径可以把每一工步的过冲量、方向、符号记忆下来,与同方向的下一工步的符号进行比较判断。并根据判断结果作或是加或是减的补偿运算。车床每一工步的补过冲都是在未开动切削之前按节拍有秩序进行的。直至过冲补偿完毕,方能开车加工零件。此方法另一引人注意之处在于它除了每一工步自动补偿之外,还能把最后一个加工工步的过冲量提前扣除掉,使加工精度比绝对座标还高。为目前广泛采用的相对座标方案开辟了新的应用范围。
This paper describes a way to improve the accuracy of relative coordinate NC lathe - overshoot compensation method. With this approach, the overshoot, direction, and sign of each step can be memorized and compared with the sign of the next step in the same direction. And according to the judgment result is added or subtracted compensation operation. Lathe complement each step of the overshoot are not started before cutting in accordance with the beating in an orderly manner. Until the overshoot compensation is completed, can only drive machining parts. Another interesting aspect of this method is that, in addition to automatic compensation for each step, the overshooting of the last machining step can be deducted in advance so that the machining accuracy is higher than the absolute coordinate. It opens up a new range of applications for the widely used relative coordinate scheme.
