海绵块训练是指在短跑训练中,通过在跑道上设置不同距离、不同高度的海绵块进行训练的一种辅助方法。海绵块训练不仅仅用于提高速度的训练,同时也是改进跑的技术的有效方法。教练员可根据运动员的特点、训练任务和要求,合理、系统地安排海绵块的距离和高度以及负荷,以达到改进跑的技术和提高跑的速度的目的。这种训练方法在突破速度的屏障问题上,有可能收到奇效。
Sponge block training refers to the sprint training, set by the runway at different distances, different height sponge blocks for training an auxiliary method.
