[目的]观察右归汤加减结合针刺治疗病窦综合征的临床疗效。[方法]将37例病窦综合征病例随机分为治疗组(n=20例)和对照组(n=17例)。[结果]经14天治疗后,20例患者在主证的改善情况、心电图变化方面有很大改善。[结论]右归汤加减结合针刺疗法治疗病窦综合征有疗效。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Yougui Decoction combined with acupuncture on sick sinus syndrome. [Method] Thirty-seven cases of sick sinus syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 20) and control group (n = 17). [Results] After 14 days of treatment, 20 patients improved greatly in the improvement of the main card and ECG changes. [Conclusion] Yougui Decoction combined with acupuncture is effective in treating sick sinus syndrome.
